North Cape May - The appointment of the advisory board member Steven Morey Aug. 4 was by a 4 to 1 vote with Ward 2 Representative Jim Neville casting the no vote. Neville is my representative and he was 101 percent behind the walkway project along the bay, until the strong opposition of his constituents. It is amazing what an impeding election will do. No wonder people are turned off by the political process.
