North Cape May - Although baseball season has recently ended, Lower Township has hit a home run. The new bay beach access at Rosehill Parkway near the Ferry is great. No more trudging through deep sand. No more sliding down slick wooden rails. No more 45-degree angle climbs. My thanks to those involved in this project, which will hopefully make its way down the rest of Beach Drive.
