North Cape May - Along with another spouter, I too am puzzled by the free meals that we provide in New Jersey schools: breakfasts, lunches, now dinners. Some schools also send food home with children for weekends. There also is a state supplemental food program (SNAP) to help parents, and food pantries too, if needed. I’m not sure what to make of all this.
