North Cape May - Almost 2 million to upgrade a park in Lower Township? Could have built just a pool not a 15 million dollar Taj Mahal Aquatic Center with that much money. Could have been free to get in and enjoyed by everyone all year round. Any more ways to spend money and raise taxes?
