IT is NOT a disrespect to the flag or the people that fought for it, It means "DISTRESS" and that's just what our Country is in, "DISTRESS"! FROM Joe Biden. I served 27 years, 3 Brothers all served, 2 in Vietnam, 4 Uncles, one was in Pearl Harbor during WWII on the USS Pennsylvania and was blown into the water, he survived!
