On 12/30 my husband went to LTMUA to use the vestibule drop box

North Cape May - On 12/30 my husband went to LTMUA to use the vestibule drop box to pay our sewer bill. There was an older man from PA who went in in front of him looking to pay his bill in person. Once he realized that he would have to use the drop box he proceeded to pull his mask down, lick his fingers and touch envelopes, pen and drop box. Good thing I didn't witness the disgusting display. My head would have exploded and I would have had a few choice words to share with this man.
