North Cape May / Wyomissing, Pa. - Because of the horrific event killing a pedestrian on Lafayette Street this week, how about street speed bumps in that area and many others with heavy pedestrian traffic. It probably would not have stopped that particular, crazy driver, but with some normally distracted drivers, and so many in a hurry these days, It could easily happen again, especially in peak season times.

To be clear, police did not say that speeding was a factor in this incident, as it remains under investigation.
