Why oh why do the same folks come to North Cape May shopping center to feed the seagulls all of the time. I’m a bird lover and have feeders and bird baths on my property. But we know what feeding seagulls brings. I feel bad for the people whose houses and cars right there that get a mess on their things. Why don’t these people feed the gulls on their own property.
