Where did lower mua ever learn to plow snow? They plowed only one side of my street and left a giant pile of snow blocking an intersection. It’s been four hours and they are no where to be seen to plow other side of street. I hope that there’s no emergency with the three foot wall of snow they never finished is a hazard.
