What happened in Wildwood is a perfect example of unruly people doing anything they want to do because "IF" they were arrested for reckless driving, disturbing the peace, etc. they would only get a slap on the wrist and be back to breaking the law in a heartbeat. Our small seaside town is no better than our bigger cities with lawlessness.
