Watching a short segment on the nightly news, I learned that in the coming years, Halloween will move away from kids, to helicoptering pet owners dressing up their dogs in cute, but scary costumes. Moms, afraid of kids going to strangers for trick-or-treating, will hold a special party for children, while the pooches get to go out making the rounds.
