A very hostile officer who refused to let me on the Cape May Ferry made me get out of my car for questioning because I had misplaced my driver's license. After he ticketed me for $180, I found my license in my purse. I am an elderly lady who has used the ferry for over 20 years, but was treated like a criminal in front of hundreds of people.
