Those complaining about the YouTuber filming inside the Lower Township Municipal building should have saw the person who filmed inside the Oakland, California DMV on the news. They tried to get a driver's manual. They had the manual in every language except english! They went to the counter to see if they had any in the back and person at the counter said they had none. They went back a month later and they still had none.
