There was a commenter that said this! "Constitutional amendments cannot just be abolished.” If this is true, then WHY are so many laws against one Amendment that it is “ALMOST” non-exisitant in some states, like here in New Jersey. The 1st Amendment has no restrictions, but the 2nd Amendment here in New Jersey has 2238 restrictions? But yet it says right in the wording, “SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED”! Hmmmmm….
