There have been 30 mph signs posted on Lincoln Blvd., and, guess what?? People are still speeding. Wonder if/ when they'll be enforced. The worst part is, beyond Pacific Ave, while walking to the bay, you need to walk in the street with beach gear. Very, very dangerous. The sidewalks there are very overgrown and makes it almost impossible to take your children that way.
