Thank you Lower Township Police for arresting the three creating the disturbance on Townbank Road in North Cape May. According to previous Herald reports, they are repeat offenders. The good citizens of Lower Township do not want this element in our town and lives. Please keep up the good work. We appreciate your service to our community.
