You don't give in to your married boss' advances, report what happened to HR, and in turn they talk to the employee in question, which results in reduction of your hours and being talked to like you're a worthless employee, and in turn them hoping you quit because of the harassment. Moral of the story: If you want to keep your job, you better play by their rules. This is what is wrong with America today; the wrong people are being protected while the innocent take the heat.
