Sometimes we just don't take time in our lives and pause to enjoy all the beautiful things and people around us. A nice sunrise and sunset, the moon and stars on a clear night, a baby's smile and laughter, the birds chirping, sounds of the geese flying overhead, an elder person's wisdom, the joy of each other, and a young couple's love. Father time always seems to get in the way. Maybe if we paused for a minute and reflected, we would all benefit from the moment.
