In response to the spouts regarding the age-restricted adult community letting renters in: Exhibit VI, Article 20 of our Master Deed/By-Laws states that any owner shall have the absolute right to lease their units, provided that the rules and regulations are met. Since our community allows this, let's all welcome them as our neighbors.
