In regards to the Lower Township animal control problem. The Township only saves about $20,000. Even if it's higher, is it worth some kid getting mauled by a dog because the private firm can't respond fast enough or is confused and timid on when to give out tickets? To prove this, still plenty of dogs running loose in Villas and problem has not been solved.
