ABC News 7 in Chicago reported 70 people were shot this weekend with 12 being fatal. Perhaps the shooters are missing their targets, with only 12 fatalities, but murder, mayhem and flat-out violent numbers haven't changed and will only get worse in these democratically controlled cities.
