RE: The West Chester comment on beach fees. I agree with you 100%. We have friends that visit us every year from Australia and on their first visit, they could not believe that we pay to use the beaches. Australia has some of the most beautiful beaches on the planet, and they are free. When they do come, we take them to the bay side of the state where the beaches are still free and are much prettier than the ocean side. Maybe that will change someday, as the politicians are greedy everywhere, but for now, we will stay where it is "pretty and free".
