Re: Speeding on Roseann Ave. Spouter, You are correct. It is going to take a tragedy for something to be done about the speeding and recklessness of drivers on this street. I have made Numerous complaints and Nothing gets done about it. There is ONE speed limit sign btwn Bayshore road and Clearwater Dr. We need the Police to monitor this area periodically and start issuing tickets! Speed humps would be a permanent solution. If you are a resident of Roseann Ave you need to be concerned and contact the Police dept with your complaints. Do it before someone is killed. Thank you!
