Re: Speeders on Roseann Ave. In the past, the LTPD parked a dummy car at an intersection for a short period of time to help deter the Speeding and recklessness. Didn't work. Then they set up an electronic Message board that showed the speed limit and you are on camera. Didn't work. What is needed is a manned vehicle and some tickets issued. Hit them in the pocket book and see how that works. Our Police have better things to do then sit out there and deal with this but mark my words, someone is going to get hurt or killed. Especially now that summer traffic is back!
