The Arches along the Promenade in Cape May are not finished, Lafayette Street is a mess, the new shade/sitting areas at Douglass Park are far from done and the new bathrooms at the end of Ferry Rd. (Lincoln Blvd.) in North Cape May is fenced off and a parking lot is for some type of idle construction machine. One would think these projects would have been completed long before the Memorial Day weekend. "Your government at its finest".
