RE: The North Cape May comment on the speeders on Roseann Ave. and when will the LTPD do something about it. We have the same issue on Scott Ave. too. The "locals" avoid bumpy Town Bank Rd. and "fly" down Scott Ave. I agree with you, they won't do anything until someone gets killed.
