To the parent wondering how their kid came home with a new wheel and tire for his car; he floor-jacked up my wife's car while it was parked in the North Cape May shopping center between 1-2 p.m. and stole the tire, wheel and even the lug nuts from her car, but for some odd reason he left his jack behind.
