The North Cape May "rant" on the summer noise and how you cannot stand it anymore and that you will move after summer is over. So, you are about 5 blocks off the beach, and I am guessing in a NCM original 2 or 3-bedroom house that will need some fixing up. $450 to $500K will be your asking price and I will guarantee it will be sold in a heartbeat. There is a town about an hour north of here called E M. You will find your quiet life there. The "new" North Cape May is here to stay, and we love it!
