The North Cape May comment on why some people leave their shopping carts by their cars when they finish unloading their carts instead of taking the time to walk the carts to the cart stalls. It is the same all over. I witnessed a cart blowing in the wind and slam into a nice car. I could not get to it in time to stop it. Bottom line, some people are self-centered and could care less about others. Maybe when a cart slams into their vehicle, they will wise up.
