NJ DUI laws are more about generating revenue for townships and jobs for lawyers than for public safety. I've seen local and state troopers drink like fish and drive afterwards. They know they just have to flash their badge and they'll drive away but the rest of us do not have that privilege. 0.08 is ridiculously low for a BAC limit. Speeders and people on phones aren't arrested. DUI laws should be amended so that people aren't arrested or lose their licenses for being a little over the arbitary 0.08 limit, which used to be below the legal BAC limit.
