A news network's motto is "fair and balance." I try to take that approach when seeing issues. I read the article on the "State of the City Address in Cape May in the Herald Jan. 8. What struck me is the forward vision of the city for the year 2014 and beyond with open space, parks, financial, capital planning, etc. The key is the commitment of the city over 20 years. I can't image either the manager, mayor or council in Lower with a mission for our township other than for the moment. Should we as taxpayers be concerned? We should all be! No plan equals no tangible results!
