Lower Twp. Substance Abuse Response Team has met for the last year and nothing is being reported. Can't fault the team for not having the answers, but we do know that many of the youth in the township come from broken families, have little or no future employment opportunities, and the culture fits right into their void. Maybe a drug abuser on probation or parole could talk to the group to get a better insight, and take politics out of the equation. What about clergy and other groups getting involved? It should be the least they do for not paying taxes to the municipality. Future of USA!
