Lower Township council should just drop the new beach ordinance. How much is the lawsuit to defend this ordinance costing taxpayers? Everything in the ordinance except the part about excluding dogs from the beach during the season from 11 to 4 was already the law. Where's the evidence there was a big problem with the way the rules were before? Just drop it, like the fishing pier and the bike path along the bay front.
