Joe Biden recently commented that when he goes to Delaware, he is unable to go to Wilmington due to some security work being performed there and that is why he goes to his Rehoboth Beach home. Must be quite a job, because he has been going to his beach house all summer. My question. What about his cat and Corvette? Does he leave them behind in Wilmington?
