It is clear that Joe Biden is not physically and mentally strong enough to finish this term let alone run for another in 2024. Kamala Harris won't win for the democrats and Kennedy won't beat any republican challenger either. I have commented here before that Michelle Obama will be the choice of Democrats for 2024.
