It is bad enough putting up with neighborhood children screaming instead of laughing. We have lived here for many many years and have worked so very hard maintaining our house and looking forward to retirement. Now we are retired and would like to enjoy our backyard, but our adult neighbor down the street ,the last few years goes on like he is either on a drunken or drug induced rant, for hours and hours, yelling so loudly, we can hear him with our windows closed. Not a good way to have to spend the last part of our lives.
