I'm happy to hear Lower Township will build sidewalks along the bay from Lincoln Blvd. to Fernwood Avenue. It's a good place to get hit by a car right now. The sand dune has been encroaching into the street for years. This will make a safe lane for walkers who are competing with traffic right now.
