If you are complaining about dogs on the beach ,you need to call the police and animal control right away. I called and they were there within 15 minutes and the family with a dog was escorted off the beach. Stop complaining in spout off and make the calls to the police and animal control if you see dogs during the limited hours. I go to the beach often and the number of dogs this week is a vast improvement over the last years. The signs are making a difference as well.
