If $15.00 per hour will apply to 16 year olds mowing lawns, flipping burgers, contractor helpers, etc, it's way too much and everyone knows it. Entry level teenage employment is meant to be a learning experience, not support the family. Small business will pay under the table and employment will be harder to find.
