I very much enjoyed the article about the Cape May County public safety dispatcher who helped a man deliver a baby when his wife’s water broke prematurely and she went into labor. I never knew that dispatchers receive so much training to help people in all sorts of emergency situations. Hats off to Paul, the dispatcher, and to all dispatchers. They often are unsung heroes.
