I understand when it’s snowing an inch an hour we hold out plowing our roads. Well, it’s been 18 hrs after the storm and Townbank and Bayshore Road are rutted mounds of ice. My side street in North Cape May was completely cleared that Monday evening, thanks to Lower Township, but these 2 major roads are treacherous. What the happened? Tuesday evening and there are going to be many accidents.
