I think it’s time to do away with tipping twenty percent and just pay the servers a living wage. Put the food or service up twenty percent. It would help in the person’s social security by paying taxes as earned income when they retired ,since most don’t claim all tips that are cash. I’m sure it would also make sure employees are legal citizens.
