I think the better idea that a spout mentioned about having the township purchase the Property Owners' Association beaches would be to have the township donate the beaches to an environmental association. This was done by Mr. Herman Tolz in the 1980s when he donated beaches owned by him in the Cape May Beach section of Lower Township.
