I live in Lower Township and don't mind the tax increase, in fact, I am happy with the trend of new people coming to our area, buying homes and either doing an amazing job fixing them up or leveling a home and building a new one. Higher taxes will mean those that don't want to see the improvements in our area will eventually move away. Fine with me. Let the improvements begin!
