I have to take the time to comment here. Today, while grocery shopping in Rio Grande, from my vehicle, I observed a man that was obvious homeless, store some clothes and groceries under a tree near the back of the store. I have an empty feeling right now as I write this comment. Why is this administration letting millions of unknowns into our country when we cannot take care of our own? I wanted to do something for him but was unsure of his mental capacity and decided just to watch the poor man struggling with his day-to-day life. Thanks, Joe Biden.....for nothing!
