As an attorney in Pa., I have found the development of the beach property in L.T. very interesting, particularly the Prop. Owners beach spout asking how the rules will be able to be enforced by that organization? Who has the authority to take action? It appears that many legal measures were not researched when the township purchased the beaches years ago. Simply put, the private-owned beaches will be the new dog parks in the township with little or no relief to the owners who will have the liability for any incidents. One spout said, "What was the township thinking?" I can't agree more.
