Has anyone considered that part of Cape May County's issues are a part of Superstorm Sandy? The state dumps these people on us. Where did they provide jobs to support these people? They were dumped, not really even given a choice, and we were dumped on. The department of government that came up with this idea should be responsible to create job availability to accommodate all involved.
