Everyone loves to complain about the salaries Local, County and State employees earn. Yeah, yeah, yeah, but what they don't realize is that Unions (favored by most Democrats) set the salary rates for most of these jobs. You can't pay less because you can't hire anyone to work for less. Supply and demand and Union rules. That's the way it works.
