The Einstein quote on doing the same thing many times and expecting different results is so true when we speak about the North Cape May Beach owned by the township. First, we get no response from Mayor Beck on his reasoning for purchasing this property back in 2000. For the last 15 years there has been much talk on the problems that exist on the beaches and Beach Drive, but never any meaningful action. One thing is for sure, when Memorial Day 2016 comes along there will be more of the same problems. Why did the township purchase this useless real estate that cost a fortune to maintain?
