Could the ice cream truck driver who services North Cape May please turn the music off when the truck is in park? I understand driving around, the truck plays music, but when the truck is in park in the same spot for five to eight minutes, and the music is on repeat at children's bedtimes, it's enough to drive a parent crazy.
